We often find ourselves thinking about those unpleasant events that took place. It could be a distant past, recent, or both. Either way, we know it’s essential to move on, but it’s also easy to slip back into overthinking a situation that we cannot reverse.
“Thinking without action is like a recipe without ingredients.”
The critical question here is – do you want to carry the baggage of loss for the rest of your life? Or, do you want to find a solution and act on it fast?
Remember that there is a mid-way to every situation, whereas sometimes, you may have to take the high road.
As a Mindset Alchemist and Life Coach, I have helped several people work through their pain and decide to move on.
I have trained people’s mindsets to make them self-empowered to take action in their lives.
There’s no better way than to conquer a situation that was once out of your control.
Here are a few ways to make sure you think and take steps to tackle an unpleasant situation and also move on:
Reaching the end of this year is symbolic of experiencing closure in terms of the long pending issues in our lives. So, what’s your next move? Find ways to resolve problems. There is always a way to make it work. The magic of trying every possible genuine and ethical way to solve a problem is that you aren’t the type to give up easily. You did all you could and that is the power of finding yourself.
On the other hand, if after trying and doing all you could to resolve issues with loved ones, at work, or in other areas of life, it is better to close the matter mutually and move on! Start fresh and look for a new way to live life again. This doesn’t mean that you are giving up. It simply means that it’s time to open a new door.
Resolve or Restart? Your call! “You are capable of resolving your issues. There is no easy way out but only the effective way through any life problem.”
